Nice! I look forward to checking this one out later! I was actually revisiting a previous lesson recording recently where you talked about recording the Ed Sheeran song back then. Look forward to hearing it soon!

Jeff, I grew up influenced by singers, like Lou Gramm, Steve Walsh, Jimi Jamison, and Burton Cummings, the high range belters. To me a lot of the younger singers are a little too thin and nasal sounding. Not knocking them, but they seem to want to place their voice to achieve an almost androgynous tone. But this young singer, Louis Capaldi, has a very rich tone, the type I prefer to listen to. Just my opinion. Congratulations on 10k.

Yes, I like Luis Capaldi as well. If you listen closely, his sound has a lot of nasal resistance in it. Thanks so much for all your support!

I remember when I first found my mix in lesson with you and I didn't trust that it would sound less like falsetto with practice, but of course you were right, and it did indeed strengthen with practice and time :) excellent video Jeff!

Jeff, my voice teacher loves your work and really hears the difference in my voice as I work on your videos. My 72 year old untrained voice has gone from wobbly to having some nice vibrato and I'm building strength in my mix. Thank you.@@JeffAlaniStanfill

Great lesson, super helpful. The term nasal "resistance" along w/the exercise helped me to let my voice soar right into the top with more bite. Thank you
