Thank you for sharing, Guruji.They look like simple movements and they are transformative for the wrists, I did them yesterday and today I repeated them and already something feels different. During the 64 days Challenge my wrists were not strong enough for 108 Mayurasana, for example, now they have gotten stronger and I hope I'll do it effortlessly during the second round. The Challenge is life changing, it changes your body, mind, hormonal system, circadian cycle, digestion, sleep patterns, everything in your body and mind will get aligned. Its normal, part of life. DAILY life. But if i keep going it will be relatively stable! Which is the whole problem for me in daily life. POSSIBLY ENEMIES, for I have FELT their attacks before! Many years ago. But i chose to think POSITIVE of it. Even though the experience doesnt allways feel that way!

You can definitely feel it in your forearms, too. Training your grip strength is often ignored nowadays, so we have smaller forearms and can't really carry heavy stuff, unlike our parents and generations before us, who worked on farms carrying or ploughing the fields.

I think i feel this one very well!! 😊😃 Its Funny how things go!! Respect Shabba! However, I am sometimes scared Because I can be WUITE AGGRESSIVE because i have quite some strength! But also i lose it sometimes Just like today. The moment I take too much fluids i go insane , than almost dont feel myself So than I wont excercise Just like today I chose the chicken-path 😂 However. In the idea of having lost EVERYTHING almost… Being stolen… HOW ABOUT THE ANKLES sir??? Next video? 😊 Thank you! 🙏 I have been thinking of doing some excercises for that as well! I sort of wuit because my pain headache and suffering was a bit too mich yesterday evening So I chose to relax and sink in like a Pudding… Thats literally how it feels sometimes And HONESTLY I DONT KNOW if I/My energy should be going UP or down Goingg CRAZY about these phenomena. So there are good days and bad days obviously. And consistency is difficult. Im working on it. Well? MENTALLY more than actually doing it. I donit HALF! One two day yes, few days no. BUT? Eventually consistency is the plan. But im sure… Im having enemies you 2:59 know?? Or somehow, as i said, intake of fluids! Makes me go crazy! Sexual spirits? Choosing to soften myself with emotions? Or just enemies…. COULD BE conbination of it! However, Ive been withholding for a while…. Thus… But i dont thhink these spirits leave so fast. I GUESS!! Anyway? I was walking the streets, and it looked like, that female that was making her run, was bending forward to stretch… FOR ME!! 😂😂 It seemed like. I thoughht to myself she trying to seduce me Maybe she want male energy And well yes?? I may like to give it to her? One time? Or more than once? But .. NO WASTING!! Unless I want babies 👶 😅

So I’m a bit in between the yes and no. Because i still have this animal inside. Which is wuite aggressive. And i would like to do some of these things!! But NOT like “its my life”! My focus should be… Entirely spiritual. At least? Thats pretty close to what it is, as i have allways been. But im wuite confused on a regular basis. GOING BACK TO DO SOME OF THESE EXCERCISES MY MAN! Thank you! Hehe 😅 I know… I may come across like an imbecil… Maybe i am! Im not too worried about it though. This is my apology. These things happen whenn confused. I think i had too much respect and thrust in someone else before. However? Who knows… He may be helping me still these days. To lift me up. I thibk he DESERVES respect! But I must keep in Mind respect for myself as well. Very inportant. Therefore, I put myself first these days. There is NO OTHER WAY!! Thats what I feel. Self not good? Oh cool Guru is there anything I can do to control my impulse just right after my sleep grts broken in the middle of night or in the morning? Cuz I am understanding that I have very bad self control when I am in half sleep state just after I wake up from a noise and do really stupid stuff after which I really feel stupid and feel like how can I become this person when I am doing these stupid stuff just starting this self challenge when I just passed 2 weeks and I am having such a hard time controlling myself.

Oooh! from your comment I can say that you are just waking up from your sleep in the middle of the night (which happens when you don't feel lethargic and when you don't feel lethargic, when you don't do any physical work ) and when you wake up in the middle of the night the stupid stuff means nothing but masterbation. it means you wake up and masterbate and when you masterbat you feel ashamed of it and then you feel guilty and say to your self like your good for nothing and I can't do anything good , why I do this every time, even though I don't want this to happen and blahblahblah. but the real thing is that your feeling guilty after masterbating but bro you have to understand that it is possible that it ain't imposible because you've got this dick and you have connection to internate that you can easily see porn and bro it's possible so just chill now, that we know it is possible now only thing matters is what you want do you want to masterbate or not it's totaly on you , don't hipe it up by just feeling guilty about it ok.
