That's exactly it, no need to spend money for something that does the exact same as high priced tool. Works perfect but the so called"professionals" dont like it. It works.

It worked great. I finished the room and my last kick separated the bottom board. Screws weren't deep enough. Im gonna glue it for next time.

adequate stretch is 1% so if you're stretching a 12ft wide room you need to get 1.44" of stretch out of that carpet. If you only get 1" or .75" you're going to have wrinkled carpet in about 6 months. See it all the time in apartments where it has only been knee -kicked in

I figure if my shit wrinkles in 6 months, I’ll just re-stretch, cut excess & throw a couple staples down. Ain’t no sweat off my back, if I can save $30-$70 dollars on a knee kick.

Solid idea, but the camera work is horrible... absolutely nauseating throwing the camera around like that, can't really see what you are doing.
