Intro Mid-Intro (first drop) Break Climax (second drop) Mid-Outro (third drop) Outro That's the basic structure, but it depends on the song.

I don't think there is anything too special for pads in hardstyle. If you listen to the intro of the grind by phuture noize that's the sorta atmosphere I want to achieve. Serum or sylenth is fine, thank you so much!
