Great! I would recommend learning a piece 'takt' by 'takt'. I mean the squares (can't remember the English word).

Measure or bar

I believe that was Sviatoslav Richter's response to the question, how do you learn such a difficult piece? "One bar at a time."

@@StevenMassicotte oh really? I only heard him say that he does it page at a time (in the Richter the Enigma film he says this). I guess you like Richter because so did Gould - I also like Richter and Gould but I have to say I prefer Horowitz and F.Gulda. My favourite is Hoffman. Have you heard Gulda's WTC? He recorded both books twice. I love the soft tone he gets. I don't much like his loud pieces in the WTC, I suppose. I like Gould's Beethoven (but not his terribly slow Appassionata).

Love the bust on the piano. Reminds me of that Victor Borge joke where Mozart was just a bust and went from here to here. 😂

Yes I love that one! I watched him since I was a child. There is also a skit with the muppets and a Beethoven bust that talks.

Really enjoyed watching this with your advice, especially with fixing wrong notes. Your voice is coming through clearly. Would you be able to share what brand it is?

Please help me practicing this piece with both hands, I can do pretty well separate. Also how do you sight read for both hands without getting confused ?
