Don't believe them. Believe in yourself instead. If you absolutely want to join MBBS, first study CBSE books with study techniques I have listed in one reply. Finish this in six months. Then every single day for next six months, write the NEET exam and other papers under actual conditions (no getting up, no water, no phone, nothing). Questions you got wrong study those topics in books. Enter those questions and answers in ANKI. Revise them daily. Do all the tests repeatedly till you get 100%. This preparation will take you one year. Nothing wrong with physiotherapy. Many successful ones earning more than doctors and even owning hospitals. For that, you must be excellent in English, do one specialization abroad and then come back and practise. You must explain in detail to patients.
