I am from Lahore, Pakistan, 2 years ago I watched this video, because I wanted to study abroad and was planning to compile my applications, I had a good job that I had to quit in order to come, I was afraid of a lot of things and was in a very different state of mind........ Fast forward 2 years........ I am in Germany now, mid-way through my degree, traveled a lot of new places, met a lot of new people, made new friends, learned through many ups and downs... Alhamdulillah it has been great and I am happy, looking forward to what new life has to offer... Watching the video again today is nostalgic.... And For all of those who are planning to apply or do anything new, I will say that "You will definitely get what you want, you just need to want it bad enough, be patient and keep working on it"... The one thing that people don't tell is life after study in Germany. He has touched slightly on that and that is language. You will get a job but that job will be subpar. Means you will not earn equivalent to your German counterpart. Also, progress in your career will be limited because of language and culture. In the video he has slightly touch this topic. So if you want to study and go somewhere else then it's good otherwise not..

Saad Salman you can't call Germany as your home. Rest it is a nice place but you would still be treated as an Auslander here . Enjoy living in Saudi. Value it.

I know what you mean by Auslander but it the same story in Saudi. In Germany, at least you are recognized as citizen and government does not discriminate (to my knowledge). But in Saudi and other Gulf countries, there is so much discrimination.

The student saying "TUM k liyay GRE daina zrori hota hai" at 1:30 is mistaken. GRE in general is not needed for studying in TUM except for some special programs i.e. informatics program at TUM.

You should separately check the requirement of each and every program at TUM's website. GRE is not required for most of the programs in general.

brother what i have researched is that you need around 800-900 euros monthly for your every day need which includes your accommodation, food, clothing, travel etc baki part time jobs k lyay student visa pr i guess 20 hours weekly miltay hn aur agr ap minimum wage which is around 8.5 euros/hour to monthly ap around 700 euros easily apni studies k sath earn kr sktay ho.. baki it is recommended if you have atleast b1 german language proficiency jo apko kafi help kray gi for your part time job!!

Technical universities tends toward theoretical studies (apply here if you have zero to low work experience in the related field). on the other hand, Applied science universities focus toward field and market oriented studies of the given subject (apply here if you have 1-2 years of experience in the related field)!!
