Breakage presents for a multitude of reasons. I would recommend you schedule a consultation with your stylist to get to the root cause of the issue. While I do specialized recommendations for my clients after seeing their hair, what I see the most is just lack of regular deep conditioning and trims. Please see my blog post on different treatments and regular maintenance my2goldenhands.blogspot.com/. These highlight general rules to go by. Even if you only see a stylist twice a year you should have someone objectively look at your hair to offer tailored solutions and upkeep. Hope this helps :)

How do you maintain curls after silk press? I wrap my fine hair my curls drop on one side. I try to pin curl my curls come out lopsided. Please help! thank you ❤

When dealing with fine hair or also thin hair it's more to start your building process at the shampoo so using a thickening shampoo will help with giving and keeping volume in the hair.. also rolling your hair at night will give you more volume then wrapping your hair in a circle around your scalp. These are some of the tricks that you can use to enhance volume to the hair but of course we have to keep in mind our hair DNA and that's makeup our hair.. I hope this help in some kind of way..😊 hopefully very soon I should show a video of me dealing with fine to thin hair .. so please look out for that..

@@reneegibson2911 I have had a couple of clients come in they did their own first relaxer they said the box relaxer have created over shedding in the hair I actually don't know why I'm not for sure if that's what you're using. So I definitely suggest if you're doing your relaxer at home to go to a professional for them to check your scalp and your hair and make sure everything is right.. also I do suggest to do the olaplex line with your relaxer service it helps build the strength and also it helps heal the bonds after the relaxer service, make sure you're definitely washing out all the relaxer using neutralizing shampoo multiple times I suggest at least three times washing your hair with the neutralizing shampoo all over even doing it one more time if you feel like you need to do it.. also you can do a hot oil treatment this does help with healing the scalp and also healing the hair and it helps with minimum shedding..
