With the mercury rising, a wash-n-go is often the curly hairstyle of choice for my biracial daughter. Here's how to get well defined wash-n-go curls on biracial hair. Please head over to my blog for more on our wash-n-go series and how to safety detangle mixed hair. Here's a step by step explanation of our routine.
Step 1: Shampoo hair and gently message scalp with fingertips (use warm water to open up cuticles, which will allow moisture to penetrate)
Step 2: Add masque making sure to coat each strand
Step 3. Rinse curly hair with cool/cold water to close cuticles, which will aid in locking in moisture
Step 4: Add leave in conditioner to add moisture to the hair and help with finger detangling
