The neon one screams daytime and I live in New York and our Winters are cold gray dark and wet so that bright burst of color that citrus acidic color lovely for that and that ruby red is very elegant and says I'm going out I look like an adult person I'm talking to people I'm charming I'm doing all the things that I need to do because I'm enjoying the fact that I live in New York
