I have the same press. I found 350/60 seconds then rotate and another 60 seconds. I know everyone is different but this works for me

How do you get it to change from c to f mine is stuck on c amd wont fo past 210

Did you press set, you should see a small C or F indicator and use the up/down arrow to toggle. Till you select what you want Then press set again. If that doesn’t work I’d call the manufacturer. Hope that helps

Thank you for this demo on a tumbler. I recently purchased this machine and have only tried 11oz ceramic mugs. Tangalong brand and cannot seem to get the temp and time right. Directions say 380-390 for 70 seconds but heating times may vary. This temp and time does not work as the prints come out faded in some spots with brownish white streaks. I’ve also tried other temps and times that either burn or come out way too light. Just curious if you’ve tried ceramic mugs yet in this press and have found the perfect temp and time?

I haven’t. I almost did yesterday for a teacher gift, but decided to stick w the convection toaster oven to make sure the mug turned out good. lol. I will soon! I’ll make a video on it.

I just made a mug today w my vevor. I did 400 degrees for 240 seconds. And mine turned out good! Hope that helps

I have a question about printing your image that you use my question is how do you setup the printer to do the exact size that you need

Great question! When I create the template for the tumbler in canva, I'm inputting the size of the template I need. Then when I print it as a pdf, I make sure to set the printer settings to actual size, so it prints the size I need. Hope that helps.

I’d also print it first on b/w printer and check to make sure the sizing looks right before you print on the sublimation. I always try to do the first. Good luck! Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Hi, so i have this heat press and I believe im doing everything correct but when I peel off the paper, the image is not transferring to the tumbler. Do you have any idea why that is? Thank you

Is your tumbler a sublimation tumbler? And are you using a sublimation ink printer and sublimation paper?

Yes everything is sublimation

@@ricardojimenez9082 That’s frustrating. I googled it. It says, make sure the tumbler is clean, sublimation works better on clean item. Verify you are using high quality sublimation paper. Low quality paper may not hold ink or may not release it properly. Same with sublimation ink. Make sure you have the temperature correct and adequate pressure on the tumbler, so the ink transfers properly. Lastly, you might have a malfunction with the heat press. Hope that helps!
