গতকাল এই সমস্যার সমাধান করা গেছে। জিপিএফ অপশন টা বদলে একবার সিপিএফ আর তার পরে পুনরায় জিপিএফ করলে পিএফ অপশন টা এডিটেবল হচ্ছে।

Sir, my first joining was on 08/03/2001 as a permanent CLERK & as an A.T. my 2nd joining date was 07/08/2010 . When will I be entitled for the benefit of 18 years ? I was given 10 yrs benefit on 01/07/2011 but unfortunately I'm deprived of 18 years benefit due to change of category from clerk to A.T. What should I do & how to do ?
