How to Submit Your Revised PLOS Manuscript in Editorial Manager

In the description of the video it says "you'll need to remove any files that have changed since your last submission". But in the video both the original manuscript and the revised manuscript are kept. So how should an author proceed?

Hi Robert, Files from the previous submission will automatically appear on the "Attach Files" screen in EM when your manuscript is returned to you for revision. You should remove and replace any file that has been updated as part of your revision. To remove a file, check the box to the right of the item and click "Remove." Then, upload your new files, and place them in the correct order. You should upload two versions of your revised manuscript: a clean copy, and a copy with track changes which show how your revision differs from the original. You should also supply a response to reviewers, and any new or revised figure files. I hope this helps answer your question!
