You’d be surprised at how many adults my age cannot add fractions. I was kind of a screw up in HS to put it nicely. I enrolled in the US MILITARY, and afterwards I went to college and it was only at this time in my life that I truly learned mathematics, well… at least up to calculus 3 anyways. Now I go above and beyond with my son because I don’t want him to be a screw up like his old man used to be in his youth. My point is that it’s never too late to learn.
