Absolutely the same thing happens in the sales world. My boss used to tell me that I used to pick penny's off the ground when there were a $1000 bills hanging over my head. He was right. And I was lucking enough that he cared to tell me.

The is no secret! It's all about capital size. You want to make 1K day? How may trades you take? 5 a week? You need setups that showup everyday across the 28 pair (for FX) and food probability and the hard part don't cheery pick!

$1000 a day is very easy depending on your capital. I say at least $3000 can be done in a few trades

It’s not that they cherry pick. It’a their risk management. They don’t know when to take profits. A lot has a Pt and expect to hit it rather than take profit once u hit 50% or 100%. Once they follow your winning trade ego will kick in and they will think they can do it on their own. I see it too many times.
