Although this is a "learning English" video, I found it to be the best video around about "how to prepare for an interview"! Much better than the ones made by career experts and self-proclaimed coaches. Thank you and congrats on the great quality provided!

I have the most important interview of my career coming up this week and I was told that it is a "Behavioural Question Interview" with few technical questions sprinkled in the interview. This video will most certainly help me to prepare. I have never heard the term "Behavioural Interview" before and have been researching the subject since then. This instructional lesson with visual aids has certainly helped. I will utilize this during the interview. God bless us all. Thank you for sharing. ~With Love~

Dear Emma, I found the video you shared to be very useful in providing best practices for ESL speakers during job interviews. I have repeatedly reviewed the behavioral and situational questions you recommended and have found them to be helpful in reinforcing tips such as listening carefully, taking time to organize ideas, practicing beforehand, be specific, drawing from experiences in different fields including volunteering (which I usually never discuss unless asked), and not hesitating to ask politely for clarification if needed. It's also important to control anxiety through meditation and journaling, and to break the ice with small talk at the beginning of the interview. Additionally, practicing with another English speaker, talking to a mirror, or recording videos to check body language and intonation can help project the right image and leadership. Thank you for sharing this training material.

I lime your video, however, at the end of day it is 'who you know' I.g. I just had an interview and it took 1 hr. There were 4 persons talking to me. I answered all the question, and yes, they asked thonesed you just listed, in addition to work specific ones as well. I did well, the panel was impressed. But here is the deal breaker, they hired an insider, and old friend at the end. I was told from and insider that they prefer to hire someone they know, not necessarily what they know. So experience if irrelevant when it comes to hiring in mid level jobs. It is who you know.
