Great VID Mel... Thoroughly enjoyed your commentary and detail on how you fish... There was a lot to learn from it ... Nothing beats a midweek fish. Much more relaxing and stress free. Hope you did not get too cooked in that sun. HAPPY DAYS...

I loved this video, Mel. Thank you so much for sharing your tips on Botany Bay. I'm not a local (my closest ramp is Mooney Mooney, actually!) but I am going to head down your way now more often to check it out. Your videos have given me so much good info, which, as someone pretty new to fishing, I really appreciate. 🙌

Hi Mel I take my daughter out fishing all the time and we struggle to find fish mostly it would be great if you can give us some depth sounder tips or fish finder tips and what to look for on the screen. Do you only fish when the screen looks good?
@spikesfishing Жыл бұрын
Hey mate. Typically I look for structure and bait. I have a video somewhere on here showing how I sound up before I pick my spot to fish. Give this a watch. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHjKg2Znbsmsg8U

Great vid, i’ve got a question, How come you decided to move when you hooked the little pinky, is that a sign that you’re not going to get any desirable species?
@spikesfishing Жыл бұрын
Thanks Mitch. Yeah usually when I get a baby snapper it usually means there is a big school around and I like to move away from the area and settle on a spot when a decent fish comes up.
