How to Sue The Police: Seminars on 29 March and 27 April 2017

Doughty Street Chambers is hosting two seminars for criminal solicitors in London (29 March and 27 April). These sessions will look at some of the issues that may arise in a criminal case which potentially lay the foundations of a civil claim against the police or other prosecuting authority. Heather Williams QC and Joel Bennathan QC introduce some of the topics which will be addressed, including: the kinds of claims available (civil damages claims judicial review, etc) and how claims can be funded; where to find relevant procedural rules and key law; the basics on how to make valid claims of false imprisonment and malicious prosecution, and; an introduction to claims arising from police searches, and seizures and retention of property.

So how do you sue the police, when it was them who caused all the problems in the first place, forcing a court clerk to not allow you a fair trial, and on and on it goes, corruption left right and centre, and no one whats or can help you.

what about if the police committed aggravated perjury against you and that manipulated the judgment to my detriment and my public defenders are personal friends with the plaintiffs and worked against me their oath breakers deliberately and the judge I asked for a continuance and said that I didn't have my evidence submitted and I needed to do that and get counsel and he asked he basically made me start the proceedings he said can you at least start and have me sit down where the plaintiffs all got up and lied committing perjury and when the police officer talked his crap the judge said I've heard enough and ruled against me and I ended up going to prison and I've never seen my son again in 5 years and now because of a wrongful conviction on my record it's happening again. I was arrested for aggravated stalking and I'm facing 15 years in prison because I tried to return some property to a girl that just broke up with me and now she's doing the same thing my ex-wife did I've done nothing to anybody and no one will listen to me and no one will help me I've lost everything and now I'm going to go rotten prison again this is b******* please somebody help me. my name is Anthony Bucher. Sorry for what you're going through. Remember that God's plan is above all. Nobody can escape that reality. Please read chapter 12 of the Quran, specifically replete with lessons that only those with insight of oppression, as you are, will understand. I am in the UK, but some advice is universal. Stay away from her. No excuses. Do not let emotion and rage colour your and your child's future. See if you can pay for a good lawyer or get help from university innocence projects or civil liberty groups where you are. Most important, trust in God and be humble to him alone, you are being tested, and every test has a limited timeframe, so pull up your socks and get on with it. And remember the first chapter of the Quran, seven short verses, and chapter 12. None of that tells you to accept abuse, but it shows the way forward. Peace.

I have a problem it was two pfficer I live in an illegal basement for since March 19, 2020 till now I was bathing when I was taking a shower and the landlord was knocking I told her no I was taking a shower then the coped open she has a copy of the key on this day she opened the door and like I said when then first knocking I was bathing and they still cane down her husband and the two male cops I feel like thus ain't right she wanted to cut the grass and she came down with police and I was butt baked
