Another helpful hint is to try not to go as fast as possible. That will not work, you have to have the exact rhythm. When you do the jump standing still, you should not move horizontally at all, just vertically. If you move horizontally when you didn’t mean to, you are either going too slow, or too fast. You know you have the interact to jump rhythm down when you don’t move horizontally but don’t get a super jump height, when this happens, all you are missing is speed on the jump jump. If you just can’t get it down, just try going for the interact jump rhythms first until you have that down consistently, at that point it’s just speed on the jump jump. But remember you can go too fast on the interact jump, it should be sorta nice easy flow movements, not like you are trying to break a world record for the fastest three button presses. Another helpful hint would be getting the rhythm down with two hands first. Stay still and use both hands to press the buttons, one to interact and the other to jump, this will make it easier to find the rhythm. Hope all this helps, this is what I found in the last hour of trying.

If your on console reason is because on 60fps superglides are easier, this is because superglides are a one frame timing, however zipline super jumps are easier with higher fps

Press your interact button as lightly as you can. This is what tripped me up. With some controllers the slightest press longer than necessary counts as a hold

The "x" "a" "a" sequence needs to be clean (no overlap) and the cadence needs to be completed quick enough before your character's head passes the zip line. (3 practice hours worth of information)
