Awesome video guys!What is an alternative for the hep 35? I live in California and I'm not sure if its even possible to buy anything like hep 35 in this state. Appreciate the help. thank you
@ntes40254 жыл бұрын
you can substitute hep35 with MiracleGroFoodPlant (the same chemistry in it). I use 1tb spoon of it for 2 gallons, plus the rest stuff and a pinch of epsom salt.

@visarbrestovci90296 жыл бұрын
Should you spray when plants have fruit on them
@fortmyersfruitforest52146 жыл бұрын
visar brestovci yes this is not a problem as long as you use non toxic organic fertilizer. Monopotassium greatly benefits fruiting and flowering abundance and size and should be used in 1% solutions

Is compostea a good foliar feed? I have a composter that has about 3gal of compostea at any given time and I’ve used it sparingly in watering. Just wondering if it’d be good for leaves...

All this time you spend with iron, I'd recommend you donate blood as a man. Can be hard to get the oxidation out otherwise. Maybe 2x a year? Thanks for sharing all the stuff, this is amazing. Makes sense too. I want to feed my body through my skin, but my soaking water is from the city and contains chloramine and flouride.

can you put this on non-fruit tree too? What do you do to keep bugs off your trees and fruit? I live in Illinois with very cold winters. Can I still use your free food in my zone?
@fortmyersfruitforest52146 жыл бұрын
nay282 Yes all trees have stomata’s on the underleaf and will benefit from a foliar feed. Be sure to always research and grow what thrives in your distinct grow zone. Best Regards

Can you spray any month of the year for avocado tree?
@thnkr09176 жыл бұрын
Ok, so question. He says he does this every two weeks throughout the year and he does it in early morning or at dusk due to the sun. I keep hearing that this shouldn't be applied when the temp is above 80 degrees, but we all know it's still well above 80 degrees at dawn and dusk here in Phoenix from May through September. So what's the deal? Is the temp not as important as the actual sunshine? What happens if I foliar feed my trees at dusk, but the temp is still 90-100 degrees? I'm still giving my trees all night to absorb the nutrients before morning sun hits them, right?

Hi, I have several ice cream bean trees that I have been growing from seed. They are about a foot long and the leaves are going from green to a gold brown. What can I do to stop this from happening?
@fortmyersfruitforest52146 жыл бұрын
Rosemary Barajas spray trees once every week will 2 tablespoons of fish fertilizer to 4 gallons of water. Make sure the tree are watered enough and not drying out too much. Your trees will go very green after 1-2 applications however I recommend you continue this feed yearround.

Your not just foliar feeding at sunset just because of the burning of the leaves. It has more to do with the stamata opening up.

Love your videos! Thank you for not putting music through the entire thing- so annoying. They are so well done, and beautifully informative. I am creating exactly what you have, with a wood chip covering, in the desert. I understood that the wood chips will provide everything the plant will need, as you are mimicking nature itself. Do you still believe in supplementing nutrients, and why? I would love your insight. Thank you Jake! : )
@VeganAthlete9 жыл бұрын
Margaret Rosin Thanks Margaret! Yes, I still provide nutrients on top of wood chips like foliar feeding, Azomite Rock Dust Minerals, watering with pond water, worm castings, etc!

So could the reason for there being more pores on the downside of the leaves be to catch water that evaporates from the ground taking nutrients with it aswell? Just wondering.

good information, however people the manure, bone meal, and blood meal, should be used in soil just not a direct addition cause of the possible viruses. What I do is have a soil mix pile which sits for over a year. Also rock dust use carefully cause it does contain heavy metals in it. best thing to remember is super charge your soil with organism.

Ah yes, chemicals, the bane of all life. If only we could feed plants something with no chemicals. If there's anything I've learned it's that plants hate chemicals like magnesium, iron, and especially nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

It would be nice if people used the actual name of the fruit. It's called Guaba and it doesn't look, taste, smell or have the texture of ice cream. It's simply a sweet fibrous bean you suck on. For the future I think it's best if people stop comparing fruit to dairy products like ice cream, yogurt, cheese and pie.
