As an italian, trying to be plant based, I think being vegetarian in Italy is pretty easy, being vegan, definitely not impossible but more difficult. Living in the Northern part, especially close to Milan, make the choice of being vegan 100 times easier.

i’m italian and i’ve been plant based since i was fourteen, i have to admit it hasn’t been the easiest thing: none of my relatives were vegan, it was my personal choice but i’ve never looked back since! great video, just like always

aw thank you so much! I use a basic canon 750D with a 50mm lense (or sometimes the basic sense that comes with it, especially for landscape shots)

I’m currently on a cruise ship to Mexico and it has not been the easiest eating good (keyword being ‘good’) plant based food on this trip. I’m STRUGGLING! They have so many buffets on the ship, but only a handful of vegan options, and the options they have are super bland. Luckily, they have a vegan dinner menu, so I’ve been able to eat most my calories at dinner. It was a tiny bit easier to find good options when we got off the ship. Wonderful video and great advice!

Ciao, my father was originated from puglia in southern italy, but i don't know, how's the possibillity to live there as a vegetarian or vegan..maybe i have to ask my Cousins there..personally i'm half german half italian, Born and living in Brunswick in lower saxony/Germany, and yes, i can eat Pasta every day haha right now at 3am at night i'm eating some Spaghetti with a spicy chilli Pesto.. you know sempre Pasta.. so many greetings from a Veggie and please stay safe 🙂..
