There is even a recipe for only fish head itself..... No actually there is at least 5 different famous fish head recipes from different regions of China. The 剁椒鱼头 Chilly Fish Head only became famous recently as people starts to eat more of the hot things. My grandpa’s favourite is 粉皮鱼头 Vermicelli Fish Head。 He does not usually cooks, but if there is fish head，he will do the cooking himself.

China is big and beautiful but unfortunately people don't know much about Chinese touristic spots except the great wall.

Ice fishing reminds me of Minnesota .We usually drill a hole and catch fish with fishing rod. Never seen anyone using fishing net. But china is different , where 3/4 of the world live there. Every where you will find people like swarm. If so many people eat fish may be After some time chinese scientist got to artificially create clone/multiply fish there to serve the population.
