It's so strange, how life changes everything around you to shape this process, it isolates you completly and there is nothing you can do to combat it, if you attempt to go and socialise everything just feels off you feel an unwelcomed feeling as if you're intruding. It's very evident through this that everything is connected and this source energy is leading the entire experience of life, nothing is as it seems to be, it's kept me sane knowing this because if you take it all personally you'll just cause yourself so much more suffering.

@@chrisgreenall8339 yes 💯%!! I feel this in desame way as you do!! At first I felt guilty when I put my boundaries up. But now that feels more like freedom!! Living in your own bubble, but also can do the things you have to do (work, cleaning the house, to the supermarket..), that is still durable. And have some talks with people you engage.. But making appointments ore need to go to a birthday ore something like that, that feels like a burden, a "must".. and than it is, for me, very difficult to go and now i can respect my feelings and can say, i am sorry but not today! The visions and channeling is very heavy at the moment and wears me a bit out. But i am sure the energy will come back again! Good Luck with your journey!! T, This is why I quit giving unconditional love for everyone and everything. I'm diving to the depths of darkness at this time with lots going wrong but also I'm texting while upset, it can be misleading, I'm still the most loving person to the core just finding a good balance.

While I was going through the dark night of the soul the Bible was speaking to me in real time. I thought I was going crazy and instead of running from the darkness I dove in head first with plant medicine best decision I could have made. Still working through a lot but thankful for the journey.

Beautifully done and helpful. But, I really don't like the captions in the center of the screen! Wish there were a way to get rid of them; at the very least, they should have been placed at the bottom of the screen so as not to interfere with the beautiful artwork. Anyway, good to be reminded that this dark night won't last forever, that I am not alone, and that some good will come of it. (I can already see the good in terms of changes in myself, but it's just so painful.)

Never try to control the thoughts of the chaotic mind, what you should do is control the emotion underlying them. Let the mind wander without resistance but do not give any emotion to the thoughts as they are what reinforce the neural pathways. Without this supply, these paths lose their roots and disappear in a short time. In a second stage, create an initially artificial sensation of strength, security, confidence and joy, which will soon be sedimented in neural roots. Visualize yourself strong and happy, serene and powerful. Soon they will be neural connections that live on in your being.
