I think that it's a resampled party horn. A party horn sample from cymatics toys free sample pack sounded VERY similar to his lead

The instrument originated from Tamil Nadu and has a heavy influence in South Indian Music. In north India, there is a slight different in the sound and the instrument is called Shehnai... I knew this sound as soon as I heard it in SWACQ sounds... XD
