Based on my experience i have made this video as i have worked 5 years in Industrial Automation sector and now i am working as a Validation/Testing Expert in Software Field.
Below are the reason why you need to Switch to Software field from Core Field.
Due to Digital Transformation in all Industries People have to reskill themselves to make job secure.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is causing a large-scale decline in some roles as they become redundant or automated.
According to the 2018 Future of Jobs Report, 75 million jobs are expected to be displaced by 2022 in 20 major economies due to AI and IOT Technologies.
There are very less Mass recruitment in Core Field as compared to Software/IT industry.
Salary compensation are high in IT sector as compared to Core Field.
