ZQ630 during calibration, half way of the process it show no label? May I know how to resolve it. We have 7 units of this printer and only 2 units can't be calibrate and keep showing red light on "label" even though label is available during calibration.

Hello! When the label symbol is blinking red, that means the labels aren't properly loaded or the cover isn't fully closed. Maybe try removing your labels, turning your printer on and off, and then reloading your labels. Sorry for the delayed response! Switching from timing mark to gap sensor on a Zebra ZQ520 is a bit more complicated since it doesn't have a lot of LCD screen capabilities. You will be required to connect your printer to a PC in order to make this switch.
