Verizon is way better than AT&T to me in my area. Went from AT&T to Verizon back to AT&T (prices were good) now back to Verizon. I’ve been regretting leaving Verizon the first time. I’m glad to be back to Verizon.

My daughter bought me a Verizon cell phone for Mom's Day and I tried to port my old carrier phone number over. I had so much trouble doing this. My number is compatible and I am already on her plan. My old carrier was more help getting me ready to transfer but I could not get through to talk to a person at Verizon. Any suggestions?

My only question is im trying to get a phone for my moms, and transferring her number to verizon from at&t. But the question is towards the end of the process, when you add the phone number, it asks if this will be the account owners phone or not. And i dont know if this means me and talking about my verizon account or they talking about my mom is the account owner. So thats the only confusion part. PS: My moms phone with verizon will be a line i add to my verizon account.

I’m switching because AT&T mistakenly charged our account $561 for a phone trade in WE HANDED THEM. When I called to report the charge they “accidentally “ charged me again. Took 9 months of calls, false hopes of them “saying” they will refund me, and I still do not have all my money back. They claim that they are only authorized to refund a max of $400 at a time. What a joke. Every call is average 1 hr 45 min. No one has time for that garbage. They do NOT honor their mistakes.

To me verizon sucks. I should of listen to my guts and went with t-mobile. It took them ( Verizon) 2 and a half weeks just to tell me they couldn't port my number over. Like wow so I went to t-mobile they were able to port me in less then 4 hours.
