It's because it's still pending review in the Chrome Web Store. You can watch the video on how to install and use it now. 🙂

Currently, the extension does not work with local Bolt but can be modified to work with it. However, local Bolt (ottodev) already has a "Push to GitHub" button, although it is not as UI-friendly. I'll try if I can contribute to it soon. 😊

it shows this error: Failed to upload files: Failed to process ZIP file: Worker is not defined is there is any reason for that?

Have you tried reloading bolt.new? Download your code first for backup purposes.
