Thank you so much for the helpful video! I just have one question: I've also tried to synch my weight. The only problem is that sometimes I use Fitbit and sometimes Apple Health to register my weight. But the Power Sync app makes a new data entry for every single day in the past years since I've started using Fitbit. For this it looks at the different few data points I put in and then takes the average across the days. So this means I now have a data entry of every day of the past years from Fitbit... But this isn't correct at all since I only registered my weight a dozen of times... Is it possible to change it so that it only synchs the weight data I actually registered in the app? Not sure if I explained it clearly...

Thank you very much. I actually ended up having to pay 999 for that app to synchronize automatically but it’s worth it for a lifetime. More importantly, I wonder if I should be shutting off my motion activity on the phone because I have an Apple Watch. But I’m sure they figured that out

Hey Savvy Dan -- do you know if this works for inputting food data into Fitbit for it to pass thru to Apple Health? Seems like it works for calories but not for protein, carbs, fat etc.

Your iPhone counts steps, distances, stairs, motions, etc from its now sensor. If you disable this in the privacy menu, you phone will not count the steps anymore and when you sync, you will not have double the data from both FitBit and iPhone.
