Hey, thanks for the tutorial. I have a working remote and I bought a second one. (I do already have a second working key without a remote) Do I need to only program the new one or do those first steps before touching the remote resets the first remote as well? If I need to program both remotes, do I click 3xlock + 1xunlock on one and then the other or is there a more complex sequence? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I’m having issues with starting my car keyless, it had been working fine now it needs the key to start. Issue with driver door not locking inside with other doors and key fob is no longer working to lock the car only the key. The fob seems lifeless now, any ideas what could be the issue? Suzuki couldn’t find an issue, thanks

Damn I tried two times on my 2016 Grand Vitara and I could get it to recognize the keyless fob for starting the car. I had to stil start it with the manual key. Key fob has a new battery and is able to lock and un lock the car doors tho. But not the keyless start :(

I fixed it! It's all connected to the pins that goes from the battery to the chip. They tend to flat down with all the clicks, so you have to curv them again to facilitate the connection with the chip board.

Hello I have if you will see this comment but here goes.. My 2010 zc71s came with a similar fob however, it was the only one snd it got missed place one day while out in the city. A locksmith cut and made a key which i have been usung since but the convenience of keyless is really missed. The dealer here quoted $100k JDM to sort out a replacement but that's like $645 USD 😞 very expensive. I have a seller on ebay who might have the fob i need in stock but he needs the FCC iD to help him send the right one. Is there any help you can offer? Please and thanks in advance

Locksmith can't find chip on my car.the immobilizer light stay on won't start car until I hold door open button then on dash change from red to blue then starts doors open fine with keyless..how can start of can't find my chip anywhere

What may be causing situation when fob key works fine(you can can lock and unlock doors using fob , the fob key is also detectable by the car and you can start engine) but buttons on the door (outsiide) are not working at all?

I did this I don’t know if it will help my situation but sometimes I’m the the car when it’s off with all doors shut then it automatically locks the car anyone familiar with this issue? I hope reprogramming will help i don’t know

All the cars are doing that sometimes. Depending on the car sometimes is a faulty latch that is giving you problems sometimes is something else
