I thought tht cannot take at around drop off point near terminal ferry there a lot of taxi and some grab can't go in there only taxis so how if I go any malls then I must far Abit to take grab from mall to mall is it???

For shopping malls now, they have a dedicated dropoff point, only for ferry terminal thr driver will ask to meet at the hotel beside the ferry terminal.

@thebiannualtravellers but my hotel is santika near Batam center ferry... So pick up or drop off is outside the mall not inside the mall I mean along main roads? Or better take from the hotel to book a grab car apps?
