I’m 22 like a child watching this to help me swallow pill

My three year old needed to take liquid penicillin 3x a day for 10 days. It was so horrible trying to get her to take it. Tried to find a video to teach her how to just swallow the pill and came across this video! Now she can swallow the pills instead and we aren’t battling her 3 times a day. She feels so proud of herself too.

Next time you take tablets. Try drinking some water first then inserting the pill into you're mouth. Drink some water. Face you're head to you're chest then swallow. If that doesn't work. I don't know what will work.
