Does it make a difference where you place the tape measure for hips that are like dipped? Dip hips I think is what they call em? I wish I could post pictures as comments lol but I have a small waist. Then I have what looks like a muffin top but I'm really skinny 5'3..110 pounds, I don't know. Then it curves back in, then slightly our again. I ALWAYS struggle on how to measure that area for me.
