How to take apart speaker area on a 2012 Dodge Charger SRT 6.4L Hemi!

This is how to take your defrost/speaker area apart. I had a screw rolling around every time I went around a corner, so this was my mission to fix that today!

This has got to be a known issue. I have the 2012 as well and my driver side speaker did the EXACT same thing. I've never owned a noisier car in my life... it drives me insane.
