I used super glue to keep my wound covered. It was a big and deep flapper, healed in 3 days. I would apply Neosporin ointment, clean off excess, glue it down and bandage. Worked like a charm

It works, but it's also toxic (how bad depends on the glue.) With most glues, fine for an emergency, but not a good habit.

what i do with flappers is put vaseline and then water proof it with water proof bandaids and the moisture helped heal it faster

How about Liquid skin? Has to be better than super glue.

in fact instead of the regular superglue, there's biocompatible solution. Regular superglue is cyanocrilate, the other octane-cyanocrilate and it's meant for "sewing" ;)

I have tried this "apply on" band-aid which is just straight up super glue that kind of self levels like a second skin when it dries. Lemme tell you it 🔥BURN🔥 like a mf, about 20 times worse than alcohol and burns for almost a 30 seconds before fully dried. Never again 🫠🫠🫠
