Its monsoon here in Kerala now. Yet all the other time of the day there is harsh sunlight too. Should I still keep my roses outside in the front yard indirect light? Im scared that the roses would wilt from too much rain and too much heat in the daytime here. There is no shade in the yard from any kind of trees or building structure. Could you tell me what should I do?

How's the potting soil? If its well draining nothing will happen to your roses. But if its not well draining, keep your plants under clear shade. So that rain doesn't fall directly but light comes through. Light is necessary during monsoon, so you can't keep roses under full shade.

@@GardeningEscape Thank you for replying!! The soil is a mix of compost, cocopeat and regular garden soil. Ive also added bonemeal and organic fertilizers every two three weeks. Thats all. I think the soil is well draining. Ive kept them in indirect sun when it started raining and spotted a few black spots in the leaf today and some leaves and stem started drooping too. I also use fungicides too regularly. So was wondering if ot was because of insufficient direct light.

Yes its because of both rain and insufficient direct sunlight. Keep them in full sun and dont skip fungicide sprays every week. There's a video on blackspot control coming up soon on this channel. Please stay connected 🙏🏼
