My issue is that it’s stuck and I can’t get the bottom ‘drawer’ back in to even start it. I went to take out that bottom to clean it out and empty the grounds and now it won’t go back in and I can’t get it to move the infuser bc of that. Hellllllp

See if there is something blocking the space of that water drawer, maybe the small red plastic piece (for condensation) normally it should go easy inside, if no, try to push the sensor with something while you Start/Stop the machine, this way the infuser will move, and you can extract it out.
