Thanks for this one, first time I have seen this specific detail of how the trail hand starts the swing. I have been trying to figure myself out for years in that respect ( i am side on slightly under) ..Look forward to seeing more.

Your lessons l had been watching make sense and are not too technical for a slow brain like me it's easy to digest and l didn't have to break bones just to swing a dang golf club🤣🤣. I left the game 15 years ago and l had one lesson but quit because l didn't see the reason to pay someone 40 bucks to tell me what l already picked up from the golf channel and golf magazine. Toward the end of last year, l decided to pick up the club and smack some and just bearly recover from muscle soreness. A few months ago your channel popped up and l subscribed l would like to say thank you because l can soak in your lessons and not feel pain already without swinging a club and my body doesn't have to twist like a pretzel just to hit a dang golf ball. Thank you.

Should your left hand grip match your right hand grip?

Hi Jeff Thanks for the message . No the left hand does not have to match the right hand . If you have a lot of hip rotation through the ball you will need to have a strong left hand. If you have very little rotation you will need a weak left hand . If you have a little bit of rotation you will need a neutral left hand

But DJ's clubface DOES match his spine angle and only gets more closed on the way to the top...

Thanks for the comment Dj gets more closed at the top because he keeps his elbows close together and he has a strong right hand grip . Rory does the opposite, wide elbows and weak right hand causes a cupped left wrist .
