Thanx for the podcast! When I'm in kitchen with the music on, I'm in my own little world. I love going to the local fruite and veg market because I always try to use fresh ingredients. I try to cook as simple as Ksenia and search for really simple recepies. My favorite dish is borscht. Have you tried, guys?

actually it's quite easy to find tapioca flour in Europe, because it is a common ingredient in many Asian recipes. then, just try a Asian shop and you can find tapioca

I usually don't cook at home but learning English I like to watch Kent Rollins' videos. He's a real cowboy and many years ago he was cooking for cowboys simple and rich food basically Mexican and Midwest In his videos I like not only his food but his accent too he speaks real cowboy English 😂

When you are listening - it is a nice idea to be exposed to both accents. But if you want to worl on our pronunciation and use shadowing technique (copying) - it's better to choose one accent.
