I want to finish my comment. I began to use neutral attention. Look what happened The moment I started feeling abundant I started to generate wealth. The moment I started feeling empowered I started attracting success. Question where did that come from. Simply the science of affirmations. The super power to override negative propensities is to download positive affirming affirmations into your subconscious mind. Listen nothing acts to rewrite/ rewire our neuro circuitry like affirmations. Repeat, repeat, how did you learn your ABC repeat. Secret that's the way the subconscious learns. Knowledge is your power learning is your super power.

This book is gold. Personally it's one of my favorites. This book has a positive bias on life. When I listen to this i feel positive. The reality of life is people are two lazy to add these ideas. Most people are consumed with jealousy, greed, porn, reality tv shoes. They make excuses for their situations. Its sad. Life is like a big rubberband around your neck. Everything you think, do, say makes that rubberband stretch out in proportion to the energy spent. It will come back carrying the same energy it left with, resulting in positive or negative situations in life. In on word karma. I hope this helps. This book awesome
