Most lawyers are crooks. Once they get your money, they will never return calls.

This is fact. I have a real estate case and an employment case in progress. Every time I need one, the moment the money clears, scumbags.

Probably are a lot of them that take on too many cases and you become just another number. Sorry that was your experience though.

@@BigBossIvan ouch...lol. I will tell you this Bossivan...if your lawyer is not responding in a reasonable way then you can contact the State Bar or file a complaint with the Supreme Court in your jurisdiction.

Lawyers in my area never answer my phone calls why do they do this
@legalnoggin5 жыл бұрын
j dog - this is a real problem in the profession. It can be related to lawyers having too many clients and not enough time, or in some cases it may be related to a lack of consideration for the client. There is no justification for not responding in a timely fashion to one’s client and in fact it is an ethical violation not to do so. One of the biggest complaints in the Bar is failure to communicate. If you have a lawyer that refuses to respond timely then it may be prudent to seek other counsel or contact the Bar Association to file a Complaint. Best wishes!

@@legalnoggin I called four lawyers one time to help do a legal name change for myself. Only one female lawyer got back to me and it wasn't even her, it was her receptionist that called me. Her rates were astronomical. I ended up doing my own research on how to do it, followed the court instructions to the letter and did it myself. Due to Covid it was done via Zoom, Judge asked me a few questions and it was a done deal.

Ok, this upcoming law from COPPA directly from US makes KZbin very responsible with every channel and video audience's if they belong or not for Made for Kids. For example, I do Minion Rush videos, such as tutorials how to pass certain stages, levels explaining the costume abilities and it is gaming as a purpose. The main thing is that the game's progress requires you to save via social media which is why they have to be above 14 as age to do that so I must select one option if my channel belongs to Made for Kids or not. I choose Not Made for Kids cause this game is still for kids but its kindly complicated at higher levels that requires the player to move quickly its because of speed and the further it goes the faster and harder will be. Also the game features in-game currencies that can be payed with a credit card if needed. So, if you have time can you take a look if I am on Made for Kids side. I don't want to fall into this cause if I false it and KZbin detects that is Made for Kids, I can end up having a huge fine per video. Thus, it disables some features and can have a big impact on my revenue as well.

Shady Nefarius this is a real issue for KZbinrs now. I may try to do a video at some point to address this. Thanks for the idea. I do not do this type of law at present but KZbin does have some videos they have put out. This is not legal advice but general information.
