3:19 Tbf guys are too. I get a dopamine rush after a conversation that goes very well. When anyone says the statement "girls are hardwired" it does set off some flags in my head though because the last guy who said something similar was my 70 year old HVAC teacher who straight up said "Women aren't wired to be capable of mechanical work". Yeah, my Mother is a better carpenter and mechanic than I'll ever be in my entire life. Such thinking and skills are easily adopted if you grow up with it around you, participating in it. If you don't then you'll struggle to catch up. Just cause and effect. I struggled when talking to girls when I was younger. I struggled talking to people. I was an only child with a single parent constantly moving throughout terrible small town slums but never going outside because it wasn't very safe or that interesting. This of course had an impact on my social skills, and of course made me naturally a bit selfish because thinking about myself was ingrained into me and I didn't understand see that there was a flow to conversations at all and etiquette I guess. This is still great advice for talking to anyone btw. Asking others questions that are open-ended etc. All in all, just stop making the conversations about yourself, and stop saying things that close the conversation or make you seem disinterested.

I agree with most things FFA says and he is especially right about this one. Girls are like pressure vessels where just the daily grind of life causes emotional' pressure to build up inside her and giving her an outlet in the form of a conversation causes the pressure to release and her endorphins to flow. It's also important to actually listen to her and make her know she's being listened to even if you find it boring - that will really release her happy chemicals and put you in her good books.
