I hate the managers in my company who control our paycheck. I hate many devs too who pretend to be in managerial role, maintain good communication with managers and get higher paycheck by giving them sudden resignation. When these salesforce architects are really bad developers. I luckily have great Product Managers in our client side who make the requirements clear. Sadly will be leaving them soon.

Everything you said relates to our politicians 😂. They do nothing and collect our taxes. Investing in their-own well-being, while we work like slaves. They call us employees - well, we are actually slaves of the system.

Great advice pal! My daughter Rebecca Mac (singer) has an amazing voice and original songs. But You Tube does nothing to allow her to grow her channel for. She is a lovely girl with amazing original music but going nowhere because of the algarithm. Please help her if you can., in any way that you can. One day she will be a star, but how to get there she does not know, and is now becoming demoralized because of the system. Much appreciated, really!

I ended up on KZbin because I was looking to talk to someone in the higher authority. This morning the eleventh of June 2022 my husband andI had a very bad experience.Presently we are guests at this hotel for the last three weeks and the price keeps on fluctuating but this morning. Saturday the eleventh of June 2022 my husband went to pay at the cashier’s office.Unfortunately he was told. 280.00 my husband asked why and she said that management just changed the price. My husband asked why she said that on weekends the prices at high then my husband said we are here for the past three weeks and we never paid that much high price.Anyway my husband paid and forgot to collect the receipt so he went downstairs back to get the receipt and she told him “We do not give receipt “after he insisted that he has all his receipts she went into her handbag and gave him a crumbled receipt. What was the receipt doing in her handbag? If someone forget their receipt it should be kept in a safe and handy place in case they come back for itWr will not come back here again.I really hope that some one in the higher authority will read this and take the necessary steps to take care of this situation.Thank you very much in advance.

Nearly every manager I have ever had, minus a couple of them, has acted like a military drill Sargent. Like that is what they are taught in how to behave towards team members, in management school...just bark orders all day & act pissed. Seems to be all they knew how to do. The good ones I had only had the job briefly, & left to go somewhere else. I guess whoever their higherups were decided they weren't strict enough.

It would be nice for most managers to get it, that their workers are HUMAN, with human needs, not robots. We have lives outside of work too. We need time off too. We need perks too. Being on the front lines between the company & its customers, we deserve a lot more than we often get.
