One of my favorite conversations this past few years. Thank you Malcolm and Holly. Wonderful exchange of ideas, thoughts, concerns... I'm 70, I have no fear of youth. The thing that scares me most is old school ignorance.

Mr Gladwell hit the spot on hiring. Was a manager for several years at a large international corporation with a very large HR department. System was for managers to do the hiring, didn't take long to realize I had zero hiring skills due to fact I rarely added people to my area! Second realization was HR is the expert group, just hire and send to me, I can figure it out from there...

22:32 Woman with her hand raised in the corner " I want to gossip on the telephone!" What a great leap forward for mankind! Maybe we can find MORE ways to gossip as its super valuable! Ive got an idea, let's dedicate work time to gossip about our colleagues and managers - that will definitely improve the workplace!

He’s always interesting to listen too, sadly his call on changing government creating a better more trustworthy environment has been proven incorrect. It would be better that he should write a book on government and how they highjacked society and capitalism ruining both. I had hoped he was about to say a change to block chain government, everything is public logged and transparent.
