Personally I used FShud and prefer it. In part because the traffic injection already works and I like the flight plan moving map that is included but I purchased BATC when it released and I agree that even with the premium voices it just isn't as good.

I can’t even get atc working on 24 it’s only metar and atis that’s it idk how to contact them for taxi there’s not an option

I like BATC but all it's responses are very canned/scripted and robotic. Yes, I know premium voices are better, but the scripts are the same.

ATC is pretty much the same, so in that way it's realistic.

That’s because ATC in general is more or less scripted. You’re required to tell ATC certain things, they’re required to tell you certain things back. We’re not really having a conversation.
