I've been folding before tearing, and it leaves a mark where the fold was, so I think your way is much better. Also, using the t-square as a straight edge is a wonderful tip. Thank you very, very much!

Hello! I mentioned it in the video but I will put it up under the description as well. I am using Arches 140 pound coldpressed paper. I don’t have a link to it specifically but it is one of the most common options of water color paper out there and available through most local art supply stores as well as Amazon I’m sure!
