It's a strong team but wrestling and boxing is king in MMA. The true best though is kickboxing, wrestling, and some BJJ

@@markmessi9020 kickboxing and wrestling. Kickboxing just has so many more tools that you’d be foolish not to use. Besides that the stance is more adaptable for take downs and blocks are more engrained as opposed to slipping which will get you head kicked or kneed.
