If you *67 and it rings more than once and doesn’t send you to voicemail you’re not blocked I’m not sure why he said the opposite. Regardless if you have caller ID off if you’re blocked it will not ring more than once/send you to voicemail automatically. Hope that helps

You might not have “Send as SMS” enabled. Look under Messages in Settings to see. If you have it enabled, it will send as an SMS if iMessage isn’t working & then the color of the text will change from blue to green. But not having it enabled is actually the way you can know for sure if you are blocked. If you don’t have it enabled and it doesn’t go through, you’d get a notification by the text reading that it didn’t send. But since it doesn’t do that nor does it say “delivered” or “read,” it means you are blocked. If it stays blue but says nothing underneath the message, it means you are blocked. I’m sorry to have to tell you. 😢
