Hey man, just some constructive feedback. From a visual standpoint, it's a good high resolution video. The cheesy music and all the flashy animations just take away from it though. You'd be a lot better off with just a simple narration of what you're doing. Thanks for the video in any case.

So what happens when the motor is reading low resistance? Does it set off the overloads or burn the cables in the control cabinet?

No, but you can use simple multimeter to check windings continuity.

When selected 500V means you are applying 500V between testing probes to do insulation resistance test.Resistance is displayed in ohms.

I checked the resistances at the ends of the windings.

For me, they are always the same pattern, bottom left to top middle, bottom middle to top right and the lastly bottom right to top left. Never seen a 3 phase motor not configured like this.
