How about resistance 250ohm ,you don't use it , can you explain please?!

The 250 ohm resistor is used when using a HART communicator to calibrate the transmitter. In this demonstration I am only demonstrating the analogue output signal, the HART communicator received the signal in Volts not mA, which is why the resistor is required.
